Intern Software Development AR (m/f/x)

Tasks

As an intern, you will actively shape the future of software development and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. You will support the team in building and expanding its toolset to improve the efficiency and quality of development processes.

You will participate in developing innovative augmented reality software and optimizing it for a unique experience in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. You will also support the maintenance and further development of existing software modules for various vehicle platforms and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

You are an enrolled student in computer science, business informatics, computer visualistics or a similar course of study, with an interest in augmented reality and the automotive environment. You would like to gain practical experience from the summer semester 2026.

• Initial experience in real-time rendering
• Programming knowledge in C++, C# and Python
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to occasionally work in the Böblingen office
• Ideally, a Class B driver's license
