Intern - Service Operations Analytics & Reporting

This five-month internship offers hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, automation, and digital innovation. You will design dashboards, analyse business data, and support digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and customer engagement.

What You Will Do

• Understand the existing landscape of internal IT support and service operations.
• Identify, map, and document data points across multiple business systems and platforms.
• Analyse operational data using Excel, Python, and R.
• Evaluate and leverage Power BI, JavaScript-based frameworks, and Python visualization libraries.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards with filters, drill-down capabilities, and other interactive features.
• Connect and consolidate data from ServiceNow, SAP, and other business applications.
• Explore automation opportunities for data collection and reporting.
• Develop user guides and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to IT and service operations digital transformation initiatives.
• Research and recommend tools and applications that improve efficiency.
• Support project managers with project coordination, administration, and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, project updates, status reports, and business recommendations.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and improve reporting and visualization solutions.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Power BI, or other analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
• Willingness to learn enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
