Intern, Quality Management (Pekan)

Tasks

The intern will contribute to improving processes such as supplier performance tracking, automating Bill of Material (BOM) reviews, developing self-service training modules, and streamlining document control processes. This is an excellent opportunity to apply analytical and technical skills to real-world business challenges.

Key Tasks:

• Supplier Performance: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier KPIs.
• BOM Review: Support the development and testing of an automated BOM comparison tool.
• Training Automation: Help create engaging, animated training content and integrate it into a self-service platform.
• Document Control: Contribute to establishing and improving document management workflows and change control systems.
• General: Support process mapping, data analysis, and automation initiatives across these areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science or Analytics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• English and Bahasa Melayu language skills.
• Basic programming, data analysis, and visualization skills.
• Strong academic record.
• Available for a six-month, full-time internship.
