Intern, Project Management (CKD Plant Pekan)

Tasks

• Support the project management team in coordinating resources, teams, and project activities.
• Support asset registration, monitoring, and controlling procedures to ensure the efficient monitoring and control of assets and maximize their utilization and lifespan.
• Engage in on-the-job training within the department and cross-functional teams to gain knowledge and experience of the organization's core businesses.
• Support day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the project management team to help fulfill organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, or similar software tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malay.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
