Intern, Network Development

Tasks

As an intern for Retail Partners Network Development, you will support the team with the following deliverables:

• Data collection and analysis related to the Mercedes-Benz Cars dealer retail network.
• Support the coordination and organization of Retail Partner Business Meetings and Retail Partner of the Year.
• Coordinate and prepare meetings with internal stakeholders and Mercedes-Benz retail partners, including developing meeting materials.
• Support dealer agreement management and dealer communication.
• Support the team in daily operations, administrative tasks, and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Tech-savvy with good analytical skills.
• Power BI or other additional skills are an advantage.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn proactively.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to complete a minimum six-month internship.
