Intern, National CS Training

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized CS National Training Intern to support training operations in a dynamic global organization.

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated in 1995 and assembles and distributes passenger cars in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Support training administration and Training Center operations.
• Support management of training systems such as GTLS and training service contracts or agreements.
• Assist trainers during classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Support translation of training materials, presentation slides, and meeting preparation.
• Assist the Training Manager with daily operations, coordination activities, and team projects.
• Perform other administrative and training-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, English, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the six-month internship period, including the end of January 2027.
• Strong interest in training, learning and development, and people development.
• Good Vietnamese and English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
