Responsibilities
- Contributing to International Rollout Management: Collaborate with global teams across various countries, gain exposure to cross-cultural project coordination, and assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Website Maintenance and Updates: Support website management tasks, including content updates; learn basic website maintenance skills; and collaborate with web developers and project managers.
- Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO): Assist in establishing and maintaining the PMO for digital marketing projects, collaborate with senior team members on project planning and execution, and learn project management best practices.
- Supporting Always-On Social Media Activities: Assist in monitoring the CS AON Social Media Asana and Campaign Project board, learn the fundamentals of social media platforms and assets, and support campaign execution and coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and market representatives.
- Contributing to Innovation Management: Help implement innovative solutions and gain exposure to emerging trends in marketing and technology.
- Assisting with GenAI Projects: Work on GenAI initiatives, create concepts, pilot GenAI solutions, and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
- Coordinating Meetings and Invitations: Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up materials, and learn effective communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT.
- Additional skills: MS Office, Adobe Experience Manager, and Asana.
- English language skills; Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, or Thai are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and project management.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
