Tasks

Marketing Planning

• Manage key marketing functions including advertising, events, and social media.
• Support campaign planning, product launches, brand activities, and on-ground activations.

Presentations & Marketing Communications

• Prepare marketing communication strategies and materials.
• Develop concept papers, campaign activation decks, and marketing presentations.

Implementation & Execution

• Work closely with third-party vendors, including media, creative, and event agencies.
• Support campaign briefings and execution of brand and product launch campaigns.
• Ensure all branding aligns with global objectives and guidelines.

Reporting

• Compile marketing reports, including Annual Marketing Activities Reports.
• Prepare social media performance updates.

Events & CRM Projects

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
• Prepare creative and communication materials for launch events and on-ground activities.

Campaign Materials & POS

• Assist in price list preparation and production.
• Support campaign materials updates in Symphony for agents.

PR & Social Media

• Support the social media team to ensure content is strategically planned and aligned with the MBM marketing plan.
• Assist the PR team in collating PR articles.
• Support KOL and media test drive car allocation according to marketing planning.

Logistics & Administrative Support

• Assist with logistics for launches, events, social activations, media test drives, and partnership activities.
• Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
