Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the world's most successful automotive companies. Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, assembles and distributes passenger cars in Vietnam.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Marketing Intern to support digital marketing, campaign management, website operations, analytics, and marketing activities. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support media planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across digital channels.
• Assist in creating and coordinating campaign content, including social media and digital marketing assets.
• Support the development and coordination of POSM materials for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
• Support website content creation, updates, maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Support campaign reporting and marketing performance analysis.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business decision-making.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor digital marketing activities in the automotive and premium brand landscape.
• Support market research and trend analysis.
• Provide administrative support and documentation for marketing projects.
• Assist with internal processes and the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Third- or fourth-year university student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Available to commit full-time for six months, Monday to Friday, eight hours per day.
• Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, positive mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Required documents

A CV and a Confirmation of Enrollment letter from the university are required. The letter must include the expected graduation date and the school's official stamp.
