Intern, Legal & Compliance

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. is seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to support the Legal & Compliance team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. is a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO. The company assembles and distributes passenger cars and is a key player in Vietnam's luxury automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the department's daily administrative tasks.
• Research local laws against corporate policies to localize content.
• Train and consult other departments on relevant corporate policies.
• Track and organize internal work instructions within the company.
• Prepare slides and documentation for compliance reports.
• Plan and coordinate department projects.
• Write articles on compliance subjects to raise awareness within the company.
• Perform other tasks as requested.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Remain a student throughout the six-month internship period, including the end of February 2027.
• Undergraduate student majoring in Law, Economic Law, or a related field.
• Commit to a full-time internship for six months, eight hours per day and five days per week.
• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in learning new skills and gaining new experiences.

Applicants must submit a CV and a Confirmation of Enrollment letter from their university, including the expected graduation date and the school's official stamp.
