Intern - IT Digital Transformation

As an IT Digital Transformation Intern, you will support strategic digitalization initiatives, AI product adoption, business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and regional teams while gaining exposure to innovative technologies and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on AI platforms, emerging technologies, and digital trends.
• Analyze market developments and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Support the development and rollout of internal AI products and digital solutions.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and identify high-value business use cases for AI adoption.
• Create presentations, reports, communication materials, digital marketing content, awareness campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
• Assist project managers with planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support management reporting and business analysis activities.
• Coordinate follow-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.
• Contribute to ad-hoc digital transformation initiatives and operational activities.

Tools and Technologies

Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; Power BI and reporting tools; Confluence and collaboration platforms; and AI-powered productivity and business applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, digital technologies, innovation trends, and digital transformation concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
