Do you want to drive things forward, think entrepreneurially, and work in an international environment? Mercedes-Benz AG is looking for a solution-oriented Customer Journey Intern for its Insurance Customer Journey Team.

The team aims to integrate insurance solutions into the purchasing processes of Mercedes-Benz customers for cars and vans, designing convenient service and claims processes while considering customer needs and pain points.

Tasks

Support the Insurance Customer Journey Team with online and offline customer journey tasks and processes for overseas and Europe, from awareness through customer retention, including sales, claims management, and customer service.
Assist with daily stakeholder management and customer journey coordination.
Support the integration of insurance solutions into Mercedes-Benz AG customer journeys and collaborate with stakeholders.
Prepare and visualize complex topics, presentations, and decision templates.
Support ongoing international customer journey projects.
Work independently on special topics.

Qualifications

Studies in business administration, marketing, insurance, or a comparable field.
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
Interest in digital projects and new business models.
Customer-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to perform, initiative, structured and conscientious working style, and team orientation.
Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and Mural is an advantage.
Knowledge of customer journey management is a plus.

The internship must be mandatory at this location. The activity can begin from August 2026.
