Tasks

1. Variance Analysis: Comparing actual financial results against budgeted or forecasted figures and identifying the root causes of discrepancies
2. Data Cleaning & Management: Extracting, organizing, and consolidating large financial datasets from ERP systems like SAP into Excel
3. Automation Projects: Using advanced Excel formulas, VBA macros, or AI/automation tools to streamline manual, repetitive reporting tasks
4. Ad-hoc financial analysis and planning support

Qualifications

• College or graduate school student
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral communication
• Good computer and MS Office skills; familiarity with AI tools and VBA is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented

This is a six-month internship program. Attending three days a week is the minimum requirement. Please state your available starting date. A valid work permit in Taiwan is mandatory.
