Job Overview

The Advanced Analytics Lead identifies, develops, and implements advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions that support business objectives and improve decision-making across the organization. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to address business problems using predictive analytics, machine learning, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

As the subject matter expert for advanced analytics and AI within DIAA, this position provides technical leadership for initiatives and helps ensure analytical solutions are practical, effective, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and artificial intelligence to business problems.
  • Prepare, explore, and analyze structured and unstructured data using data profiling, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, data mining, and natural language processing.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI applications.
  • Document methods, validate results, and interpret outputs for business use.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable processes for data preparation, analysis, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, including automation where appropriate.
  • Provide technical leadership by evaluating emerging techniques and technologies, establishing development standards, supporting data governance, and promoting adherence to A22 - Global Data & Information Policy.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.
  • Preferred experience includes 5 years in business, 2 years in information technology, 2 years in management, and 1 year in strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Recommended majors include computer or information science and economics.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and data mining.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience developing, validating, and implementing predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI applications.
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical programming technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics and AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
  • Strong data visualization, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
