Job Description
Usually part of a second- or third-year curriculum, interns participate in a temporary, supervised work placement within the company for a defined duration. These placements provide students with practical experience in the field, allowing them to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
Interns typically work with the business on a specific problem, project, or assignment to complete their placement successfully. In some cases, interns are not considered part of the company workforce headcount and are not assigned to the company’s grading structure.
