Your Role
Start your career at the heart of Capgemini’s business operations. As a Junior PMO, you will support the Senior PMO, who works closely with the COO on key operational and commercial initiatives.
You will help coordinate activities related to sales performance, reporting, administration, and business governance, while gaining exposure to senior leadership and developing project management and business support skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and dashboards
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Monitor risks, issues, and project milestones
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices
Your Profile
- BSc or MSc in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in project management
- First experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO is a plus
- Dutch native speaker with a good level of English; French is a plus
