Integration Business Analyst - Hybrid CDMX/GDL

Your Role
- Gather and document integration requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Mexico and downstream teams to ensure alignment on delivery goals.
- Track risks, actions, dependencies, and integration readiness activities.
- Support end-to-end testing and validation of integrations across the business ecosystem.
- Ensure production readiness and successful adoption of HTS-related changes.
Your Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Integration-related roles.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of integration processes, dependencies, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Understanding of Trade Finance, HTS, or financial services processes is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
- Exposure to enterprise integration projects and API-enabled ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
