  • Maintain solutions and products in operational condition, including obsolescence and security management.
  • Set up monitoring and indicators measuring performance and service quality, including artificial intelligence.
  • Lead the continuous improvement plan.
  • Coordinate backlog work and deliverables, including objectives, planning and risks.
  • Manage the relationship with partners, including priorities and rituals.
  • Assess the impacts of changes on workstations by understanding usage.
  • Participate in the AppOps agile transformation.
  • Optimize, improve and automate operational tasks.

Profile

You have an IT education and 6–10 years of experience. A minimum of two years of higher education is required.

Required technical skills include Dynatrace APM, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Kubernetes, Argo CD, OpenShift, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, Windows batch scripting and scaled Agile practices.

Key behavioral skills include interpersonal ease, autonomy, adaptability, responsiveness, rigor, pragmatism, stress management, prioritization, teamwork and a strong service mindset.

Why join us

CA-GIP offers varied and responsible assignments within the Crédit Agricole Group's IT division. The company has more than 2,000 employees across eight sites in France and offers training, mobility opportunities, coworking options and two remote-work days per week.
