Job description
You will join the Information Systems Security (ISS) team at Crédit Agricole CIB Japan, whose mission is to protect the Bank's information assets and ensure a robust security posture across all its activities.
The team's core responsibilities include defining and implementing the Bank's ISS governance framework and strategy, as well as transposing the security requirements set by the Crédit Agricole Group into local policies and practices.
Specialized tasks include:
- Establishing the Bank’s ISS governance system and strategy
- Transposing requirements stemming from the Crédit Agricole Group’s Security Policies
- Sponsoring and managing security programmes
- Supporting projects to supervise risks
- Defining and ensuring the application of IS standards
- Providing solutions for managing identities and access
- Organising IT emergency services
- Raising employee and IT developer awareness of IS security issues
- Implementing a second-degree, first-level control plan
- Overseeing, assessing, checking and supervising the IT security system implemented at the Bank
- Managing the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and Threat Intelligence
- Ensuring relations with the Operational Cyberdefence Centre (OCC) of CA-GIP, including responsibility for the Security Operation Centre (SOC) on behalf of CACIB
- Contributing to the management of security incidents and cyber-crises
Eligibility
- Be less than 28 years old
- Hold a Master's degree
- Be an EU citizen

Profile
You are a postgraduate from a university, business school or engineering school, with a specialization in IT Security or Cybersecurity. A first experience in information security analysis, monitoring security breaches, mitigation, and IT security standards and practices is expected.
