Your role
As an Industrial Operations Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing plant infrastructure and equipment, buildings, and facilities.
- Supporting organizational change by managing changes to processes, behaviors, technologies, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning, designing, implementing, and improving processes, documentation, technologies, and tools for asset management during the operational phase of the lifecycle.
- Defining and integrating solutions to improve sustainability performance and assessing sustainability impacts on products and processes.
- Implementing Supply Chain processes in industrial operations.

Your characteristics
- Master's degree in Industrial, Management, Civil, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Industrial Operations applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams with a continuous-improvement approach.
- Knowledge of technical English.

Employment details
This position is open to two profiles:
- Middle: 2–5 years of professional experience, permanent employment at the second level of the Italian Commerce Collective Agreement, with a salary range of €31,270–€40,150.
- Senior: More than 6 years of professional experience, permanent employment at the first level of the Italian Commerce Collective Agreement, with a salary range of €35,057–€57,475.
Hiring locations are Bari, Bologna, Florence, Genoa, La Spezia, Marcon, Milan, Modena, Naples, Padua, Pisa, Pomigliano D'Arco, Rome, and Turin. Work mode: hybrid.
