Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IFRS Expert with strong technical knowledge who can coordinate operations, guide stakeholders, and anticipate business needs. Reporting to the Head of Accounting in France, you will help shape accounting practices and support business strategy through proactive collaboration and insight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IFRS subject-matter expert and first point of contact for complex accounting queries.
• Contribute to interim and annual financial reporting, including consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures.
• Perform analytical reviews of complex transactions and prepare technical accounting position papers.
• Partner with business teams, including Sales, to structure contracts aligned with IFRS treatment.
• Support month-end closing, quarterly reviews, and resolution of general ledger issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Support the development of internal trainings and share expertise to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit with exposure to IFRS.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, especially IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 38.
• ACCA or CIMA certification completed or in progress is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
