Hybrid Senior Level

Objective

Responsible for EMC development activities for Cockpit, ADAS, and Centralized Computing hardware products, supporting EMC design and problem resolution throughout the entire product lifecycle, from architecture definition and hardware development to testing and validation.

Ensure products meet vehicle-level and component-level EMC performance requirements through EMC design reviews, simulation and analysis, test debugging and corrective actions, as well as supplier technical reviews.

Tasks

EMC Design & Development

Participate in EMC reviews during architecture and design phases.
Support EMC optimization for schematic and PCB layout design.
Identify EMC risks and provide improvement recommendations.
Support EMC development activities throughout the product lifecycle.

EMC Simulation & Analysis

Perform EMC simulation and analysis.
Support EMC assessments for high-speed interfaces, power networks and harnesses.
Analyze EMC issues and define mitigation solutions.

EMC Testing & Problem Solving

Support EMC test planning and execution.
Track EMC testing progress and issue closure.
Lead EMC failure analysis and corrective actions.
Support vehicle-level and component-level EMC troubleshooting.

Supplier Technical Review

Review supplier EMC designs.
Monitor EMC validation activities.
Review EMC test results and corrective actions.
Drive EMC issue resolution with suppliers.

Technical Support

Support development teams with EMC-related technical issues.
Provide EMC consultation for projects.
Support complex technical problem analysis.

Qualifications

Master's degree in electronic/electrotechnic engineering, computer science or a similar course of study.
Fluent English and Chinese are mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of automotive EMC development experience.
Experience in automotive ECU development projects.
Familiarity with EMC testing, debugging, issue analysis and resolution.
Experience with Cockpit, ADAS or Domain Controller projects.
EMC simulation and supplier technical review experience.
