The companies Spirica, UAF Life Patrimoine and Milleis Vie form a Business Unit within Crédit Agricole Assurances.
SPIRICA is an insurance company and subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances that designs, manages and markets life insurance savings products. UAF LIFE Patrimoine is a distribution platform for financial and insurance products serving wealth management professionals.
Due to increased activity, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for a six-month fixed-term contract, based in Lyon Part-Dieu.
Responsibilities
- Implement and lead the Human Resources policy for the assigned management areas in collaboration with HR expertise teams, including payroll, compensation and benefits, and legal.
- Manage individual employee matters across the sites, including recruitment, onboarding, career management, mobility and training.
- Support employee development by identifying skills, abilities and motivations, particularly through management interviews, while helping retain talent.
- Advise and support managers in managing and developing their teams and implementing organizational and business transformation projects.
- Participate in HR processes with the HR expertise teams, including annual appraisals, compensation reviews and employee reviews.
- Contribute actively to cross-functional HR projects and deploy HR initiatives for managers and employees, including integration days, employer branding, the Business Unit training plan and HR information system development.
- Lead budgets and manage resources for the assigned area, anticipating quantitative and qualitative needs with the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Occasional travel to the Paris offices is required.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent, typically Bac+5.
- At least eight years of HR experience in a service company, ideally a group.
- Significant experience managing an executive employee population.
- Experience in multi-site management or within a group is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with communication tools.
- Mastery of recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Rigor, agility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of personnel administration and employment law relating to contract preparation.
- Proficiency in Excel.
