HRSD Tester

Your role

As an HRSD Tester / ServiceNow Configuration Specialist, you will support the delivery of HR Service Delivery solutions by validating configurations, testing business processes, and ensuring high-quality implementations across the ServiceNow platform.

• Test and validate HRSD functionalities including Case Management, HR Services, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
• Support configuration activities and verify workflows, approvals, notifications, and HR process implementations.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing while ensuring solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, Product Owners, and HR stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Validate integrations with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, IAM, Payroll, and e-Signature solutions.
• Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous platform improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• Experience working with ServiceNow, preferably within HR Service Delivery.
• Good understanding of HRSD modules such as Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Playbooks, or Agent Workspace.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, forms, UI policies, testing activities, and defect management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, or IntegrationHub is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus; HRSD, CAD, ITIL4, or additional ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
