Job Description
We're looking for an HR & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is suited to someone eager to learn, grow, and take on diverse responsibilities across HR and office operations. In a fast-paced startup environment, adaptability and problem-solving are key. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day business functions while helping shape company culture.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Drive learning and development initiatives through training and job performance improvement programs.
- Track and manage personnel expenses within the HR budget.
- Provide basic HR support and address employee inquiries.
Office Operations and Strategy
- Manage procurement tasks, including vendor setup, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
- Manage customer account setup in SAP, including pricing updates and sales order processing.
- Manage tax submissions and export documentation, including product allocations and donations.
- Oversee general office upkeep.
- Monitor and manage the budget for the designated area.
- Support strategic initiatives by assisting with presentations and following up on key tasks.
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks across the organization.

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of HR experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, craft beer, wine, or restaurant industries is preferred.
- HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Experience with employee relations, EEO, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Experience with investigations, hourly employee management, and succession planning.
- Strong data analysis skills for HR metrics.
