Michelin is hiring an HR Administrator with French.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced level of French and English.
- Italian, German or Spanish is a nice-to-have.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR or similar roles.
- Organizational and multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- A good team worker with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is an advantage.
What you will do
- Ensure the smooth running of administrative processes in human resources, including terminations, contracts, modifications, transfers, geographical mobility, illness, maternity, disputes and confidential files.
- Perform non-standardized operations requiring specific knowledge.
- Ensure that involved parties complete operations on time and to the required quality, perform checks, analyze discrepancies and report anomalies.
- Anticipate employee life events, such as fixed-term contract endings, returns from absence, probation periods and retirement, together with partners.
- Provide partners with personal data and perform related analyses.
- Provide technical and administrative operational support for programs, processes and tools, including time management and personnel management systems.
- Develop and respond to requests from internal and external partners that have not been resolved by first-level support, in coordination with other process actors.
