Head of Product and Partnership Implementation M/F

The Head of Product and Partnership Implementation will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and departments involved in delivering new products or partner integrations across multiple European markets. The role ensures alignment and operational readiness, guiding the transition from project definition to operational launch through a structured implementation framework.

Strategic Leadership and Market Expansion

• Define and implement a Product and Partnership Implementation strategy aligned with market expansion objectives and new product and partnership roadmaps across Europe.
• Lead the establishment and evolution of the Product and Partnership Implementation function.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for implementation initiatives, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Crédit Agricole Group entities, external partners, and technical providers.

Multi-Project Portfolio Management

• Govern and oversee concurrent implementation projects across multiple European markets.
• Establish prioritisation frameworks based on strategic value and resource availability.
• Monitor and report on the health and progress of the implementation portfolio.

Business and Technical Framing

• Translate commercial ambitions into actionable implementation plans across the entire value chain.
• Define implementation requirements, success criteria, and go-live readiness standards.
• Review and approve implementation plans for feasibility, partner alignment, and operational capacity.
• Oversee the lifecycle of each implementation from framing and scoping through go-live and handover to operations.

Stakeholder Management and Governance

• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams involving internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Manage relationships with C-suite executives, Crédit Agricole Group leadership, and key external partners.
• Design and oversee project governance structures and enforce implementation standards and methodologies.

Risk, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure implementation processes comply with regulatory, risk, and audit requirements.
• Lead the evolution of implementation frameworks, tools, and templates based on lessons learned.

People First

• Assign workloads and projects to staff.
• Develop and coach staff to reach their potential within CACI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, banking, or consulting; minimum experience level stated as 11 years and more.
• Experience in senior leadership roles and large-scale, multi-market product delivery and partnership management.
• Experience managing concurrent complex projects and portfolios.
• Strong transversal leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, organisational, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; French, German, or other European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
