The Head of Division of the Business Implementation activity plays a key leadership role within the Commercial Department, ensuring optimal management of all client projects, including projects involving strategic clients in the asset management and institutional ecosystem.
The role leads the transformation of client-oriented processes, drives operational excellence, strengthens project governance, and ensures optimal client satisfaction through strong cross-functional coordination.
Strategic and operational responsibilities
- Supervise the lifecycle of client projects and reporting in close collaboration with top management.
- Contribute to the implementation, harmonization, and optimization of delivery processes and standards.
- Participate in business roadmap development, identify IT opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
- Analyze malfunctions, define corrective actions, minimize incident risk, and ensure compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and oversee the handling of client requests with Coverage and Relationship Management teams.
- Act as the senior client point of contact for major transition and migration projects.
- Work with Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to align client needs with internal capabilities.
- Manage operational risks related to migrations, changes, and the fund lifecycle.
Leadership and management
- Manage the two Heads of Units for the Client Project Coordinator and Project Lead/Senior Project Lead teams in France and Italy.
- Assess, anticipate, and optimize operational resources while developing expertise, accountability, and performance.
- Promote a positive dynamic and support change in implementing the department and Group strategy.
- Encourage collaboration, autonomy, and creativity.

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Confirmed management experience.
- Experience across several service areas for asset managers and financial institutions.
- General knowledge of investment funds and custody banking environments.
- Strong knowledge of CACEIS Group products and services.
- Leadership, client orientation, communication, analytical, project management, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
- At least 11 years of experience.
- Excellent French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The role reports to the Group Head of Business Implementation in London and locally to the Head of Client Business Development Support. Starting date: 4 January 2027.
