As a Head Coach for our Goldcoast Store, you’re the face of NIKE. Enjoy high volume and a fast pace while using your diverse experience and perspective to guide customers in making the best decisions for them. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and get the win the right way.
You’ll bring your passion for sport and customer service to life by properly training your team and implementing Nike’s Service Principles while representing Nike’s global culture of sport, the brand, each other, and the community.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
- Lead: Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.
- Coach: Provide leadership, people development, and feedback to elevate the team. Support hiring, training, performance management, succession, and career planning.
- Drive: Assist the team in achieving targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
- Inspire: Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun.
What You Bring
- A passion for the Nike brand.
- Area management or multi-site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams of 40 or more employees.
- The ability to build, lead, and manage large, high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer proficiency.
