Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leader in institutional property management in France. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will oversee the technical management of a residential portfolio, ensuring its proper operation, safety, service quality and long-term sustainability while complying with regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities
- Occupant relations: Advise owners on managing and enhancing their property, respond to technical requests, inform occupants about scheduled work and help process technical complaints.
- Technical property management: Monitor the portfolio in compliance with regulations, conduct regular building visits, oversee maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works, coordinate service providers, and verify the quality and compliance of interventions.
- Maintenance and operations: Plan preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor technical equipment including heating, ventilation, lifts, electricity and plumbing, manage maintenance contracts, and ensure the safety of people and property.
Profile
You have higher education in real estate or an equivalent qualification and 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role. Knowledge of building technology, contract and urban planning law, project management and budget monitoring is required, along with negotiation and coordination skills. Organisation, rigour, responsiveness, customer service and interpersonal skills are expected.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required; knowledge of ALTAIX would be an advantage.
