Crédit Agricole Immobilier, through the acquisition of Nexity Property Management, is becoming the leader in institutional property management in France, offering comprehensive support for residential, commercial and office assets.
Within Crédit Agricole Immobilier Property Management, you will join the Tertiary IDF Department on a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Asnières (92). Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management, maintenance and optimization of a real estate portfolio while respecting deadlines and regulatory obligations.
Main responsibilities
- Supervise building installations, conduct inspections, and plan and monitor maintenance operations.
- Monitor maintenance and works contracts, control service quality, and ensure compliance with deadlines and costs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and organize regulatory inspections through the resolution of outstanding issues.
- Analyze electricity and water consumption and propose performance improvements.
- Prepare and monitor operating and maintenance budgets, develop multi-year works plans, and optimize operating costs.
- Respond to occupant complaints and advise owners on technical investments.

Profile
Higher education qualification in a technical or real estate field, such as a BTS, engineering school qualification or equivalent. At least 3–5 years of successful experience in the technical management of buildings.
Required qualities include rigor, interpersonal skills, responsiveness and customer service orientation. Technical skills include building technology, contract and planning law, project management, budget monitoring, negotiation and coordination. Good command of Microsoft Office 365 is required; knowledge of ALTAIX is an advantage.
