Crédit Agricole Immobilier, through its subsidiary Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, supports individual customers throughout their real estate projects. Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers provides rental, sales, property management and co-ownership trustee services through the Square Habitat Crédit Agricole network.
Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers is recruiting a Gestionnaire Locatif (H/F) on a fixed-term contract within its Square Habitat Crédit Agricole agency in Marseille (2nd arrondissement). Reporting to the Property Management Manager, the role includes:
- Providing general administrative support, including current secretarial duties, document classification in the document management system and responses to letters and emails.
- Receiving and processing owner and tenant requests.
- Preparing property management mandates, including drafting, signing and reviewing supporting documents.
- Declaring and monitoring claims for landlords and identifying the causes of damage.
- Requesting subcontractors for potential works and processing and validating quotes and invoices.
- Reviewing and validating tenant application files.
- Drafting and signing leases.
- Scheduling appointments for entry and exit inspections and mandatory rental diagnostics.
- Processing tenant departures.
- Annual monitoring of PNO, MRH and MRIM insurance.
- Updating the document management system.
- Conducting regular property visits, including pre-departure inspections and inspections related to refurbishment works.
Work setting: Hybrid
Contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, starting 01/09/2026.
Education and experience: Two or three years of higher education, such as a BTS Professions Immobilières or a licence, and at least three years' experience as a property manager.
Skills: Rigor, interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, versatility and adaptability. Knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of THETRAWIN would be an advantage.
