Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leader in institutional property management in France, offering comprehensive support for residential, office and commercial assets.
As a Gestionnaire Locatif H/F, you will work alongside the Property Manager, particularly in relationships with tenants and clients. You will manage the administrative and financial aspects of commercial contracts using business accounting tools, ensuring compliance with lease administration requirements, invoicing, collections and recovery procedures.
This role is a permanent position based in Saint-Etienne, France, with occasional national travel. The position offers hybrid working.
Main responsibilities
- Accounting and financial management: rent invoicing, monitoring billing, collections and unpaid amounts, preparing and managing budgets, budget reporting and accounting close.
- Administrative management: creating and updating the client database, centralising documents required to create leases, monitoring the administrative lifecycle of leases and participating in transfer operations.
- Client relations: reporting, participating in meetings and managing relationships with property owners and tenants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, management control or real estate.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate management and accounting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, initiative, analytical ability, rigour and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of ALTAIX software is a plus.
