Help policyholders when they experience unexpected events in their daily lives. Our claims management unit in France is seeking a claims manager, either entry-level or experienced, to strengthen its teams.
You will be trained in the Relationship Excellence model and, depending on the unit's needs, in various insurance products, including motor, home, personal accident and professional insurance.
Missions
- Take calls from policyholders and help them manage their claims.
- Check coverage, determine liability and arrange expert assessments where necessary.
- Negotiate the value of losses directly with policyholders when appropriate.
- Offer services suited to repairing the claim.
- Manage policyholder files from opening through closure, in accordance with technical rules and with support from the team and technical managers.
The management model promotes trust and initiative. After two years, high-potential claims managers who are mobile throughout France may join the Filière Courte, an accelerated career development programme leading to management or technical management positions.

Profile
A high school diploma or Bac+2/3 qualification in insurance is an advantage. Insurance or claims management experience is beneficial, but applicants without insurance experience may also apply. Previous telephone customer service experience is required.
You have strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service awareness, listening and empathy, team spirit, initiative, common sense and curiosity. Training and support will be provided by technical managers, your manager and a mentor.
