Job description
UAF LIFE Patrimoine, a Crédit Agricole Assurances company, is a financial and insurance products distribution platform for wealth professionals. The company is growing and has more than 150 employees, mainly based in Lyon.
UAF Life Patrimoine is looking for Back Office Managers on fixed-term contracts to provide additional support at the end of the year. Reporting to the Management department, you will join one of the company's key teams.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and register new business and all contract lifecycle activities, including payments, surrenders, advances and administrative actions, in accordance with current management rules.
- Respond to various internal requests by telephone, letter or email.
- Carry out other administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the management department, including procedures and software data cleansing.
- Suggest improvements to processes and tools.

Profile
You have a two-year higher education qualification in insurance, banking or finance. Knowledge of the life insurance sector is an advantage.
You are known for your rigor, adaptability, organizational skills, practical approach, customer service orientation, curiosity and team spirit. You are proficient with office software.
