Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier, through its subsidiary Crédit Agricole Services immobiliers, supports individual customers throughout their real estate projects. The company provides rental, sales, property management and co-ownership trustee services through the Square Habitat Crédit Agricole network.
Reporting to the Cabinet Director at the Square Habitat Vichy agency, you will join a team of around ten people and manage a portfolio of 40 buildings in accordance with the mandates entrusted to you. You will work alongside a co-ownership assistant.
Main responsibilities
- Lead annual general meetings and other meetings, ensuring legal compliance while advising co-owners and proposing technical or administrative solutions.
- Implement assembly decisions in accordance with the co-ownership regulations.
- Contribute to the routine technical management of buildings through regular inspections, planning and organising works, negotiating with contractors and monitoring projects.
- Manage building staff.
- Prepare budgets in collaboration with the accountant.
- Represent co-ownerships in legal proceedings.
- Expand the portfolio managed by the department.

Requirements
- Higher education in accounting or an equivalent qualification, with a specialisation in real estate.
- At least two years of successful experience in a similar role within a co-ownership management department.
- Excellent organisational skills, priority management, autonomy and interpersonal skills.
- Very good communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult situations and conflicts.
- Ability to lead meetings and take co-owners' expectations into account.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of THETRAWIN software would be an advantage.
