Job Description
- Design, code, orchestrate, and test scalable GenAI services, chatbots, and autonomous agents using modern frameworks.
- Deploy and maintain LLM infrastructures in secure on-premise environments using Docker and Kubernetes, including performance optimisation and resource management.
- Ensure developments comply with the strict security guidelines of Airbus Defence and Space.
- Develop and optimise RAG pipelines for internal knowledge databases and implement MCP tools for secure interfaces between AI models and internal tools and data sources.
- Support internal users, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documentation and development best practices.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap through proofs of concept for new AI use cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Experience with RAG architectures and MCP.
- Proven experience developing LLM applications, chatbots, and agents.
- Experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM or SGLang and vector databases such as Qdrant or Chroma.
- Experience using AI agents such as Claude Code or OpenCode.
- Good experience with Docker and Kubernetes in on-premise environments.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity for AI systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, server logging and monitoring, networking in container environments, and Git is advantageous.
- German at least business fluent and English at least proficient.
