Fullstack Developer - .NET ITO Transition

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. The role covers the full development lifecycle, including UI implementation, backend services, database design, and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React or Angular.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop reusable components and integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Design, implement, and optimize MySQL or PostgreSQL databases using Entity Framework Core, and work with MongoDB where applicable.
• Use Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for collaborative development and deployment.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot defects across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers in an agile environment.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, agile ceremonies, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, modern .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with React or Angular, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Blazor, Application Insights, Serilog, Clean Architecture, or Domain-Driven Design.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required, although candidates with 100% relevant professional experience may be considered. The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant full-stack software development experience.
