Fullstack Developer- ITO Transition

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–9 years of industry experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications. The candidate will contribute to architectural decision-making, system optimization, mentoring, and high-quality delivery across the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend architectures.
• Lead development of complex web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar frameworks.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Contribute to microservices, distributed systems, event-driven designs, integrations, and reusable code libraries.
• Architect and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases, including data modeling, indexing, migration, and performance tuning.
• Lead Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure automation.
• Improve performance, reliability, availability, scalability, and system resilience.
• Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Establish coding, testing, security, documentation, and governance practices.

Required Skills

• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise.
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience with .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, scalability, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Event-driven architecture and Kafka or RabbitMQ experience.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, SSO, security frameworks, and domain-driven design.
• Experience leading technical teams or modules.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or modern data platforms.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required. Candidates should have 6 to 9 years of relevant full stack software development experience with complex enterprise systems.
