Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Its mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build robust backend systems using Java and Kotlin, and frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement aesthetic UI/UX design principles in web applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct unit and integration testing for backend and frontend components.
• Use Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker for application deployment and management.
• Implement logging, debugging, and monitoring practices to ensure application reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture; Kotlin is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in Vue.js 3 or React.js.
• Experience in unit testing, browser testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with AG Grid.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end web development, including design, development, and deployment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile or DevOps certifications.
• Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
• Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
