Full-Stack Engineer – Java & React

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer with 3–6 years of experience building scalable web applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks such as React. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including backend APIs, database design, frontend implementation, and deployment in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java backend applications.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement business logic, validations, integrations, and performance optimizations.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and reusable components using React.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and implement state management and client-side routing.
• Design efficient SQL queries and work with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement ORM-based persistence using Hibernate/JPA and integrate third-party APIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, testing, technical discussions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, product teams, and UI/UX designers.

Required Skills

• Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Hibernate/JPA, OOP, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and Streams API.
• React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, state management, React Router, and Axios/Fetch.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and knowledge of indexing, joins, and query optimization.
• Git, Maven or Gradle, familiarity with Jenkins, and exposure to Docker.

Good to Have

• Apache Kafka or messaging systems, AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, TypeScript, JUnit, and Jest.

Education and Traits

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. The preferred candidate has strong analytical and debugging skills, a passion for learning, good communication and collaboration abilities, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
