The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

As a Converse Retail Supervisor, you will bring your authentic style and passion to a creative team while helping inspire customers through sport, culture, and creativity. You will lead by example, support your teammates, and create a welcoming store experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
- At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
