Front End Angular (Hybrid, CDMX)

Your role

As an Application Engineer specializing in Front End development, you'll develop and maintain in-house insurance products built primarily with Angular. You'll join a product team and contribute to functionality with real business impact while upholding engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with requirements engineers, QA specialists, and other application engineers.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
• Integrate messaging systems, BPMN workflows, logging frameworks, and telemetry solutions.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools for frontend development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Review and validate AI-generated UI implementations for maintainability and accessibility.
• Contribute to reusable component design and scalable frontend engineering practices.

Your profile

• Proficiency across the software delivery lifecycle, with strong Angular, HTML, and CSS expertise.
• Experience building or packing modules with Webpack, Node, or Browserify.
• Previous public cloud experience, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger.
• Comfort working in an IDE with large, established codebases.
• Interest in AI-assisted development workflows.
• Understanding of frontend security, accessibility, and maintainability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Background in insurance or financial services.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and intelligent UI engineering workflows.
