About the role
As the FLT Driver (Operator), you’ll be responsible for championing safety principles and supporting wider logistics operations by following site Standard Operating Procedures and operating machinery.
- Operate counterbalance forklift trucks within a warehouse environment for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Use inventory management systems to monitor stock and raw material levels, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Deliver First Time Right results across quality aspects and processes.
- Work and coordinate with peers to foster a collaborative and efficient way of working.
- Provide high standards of customer service to production areas and public customers by dealing with and resolving queries.
About the team
You’ll join HEINEKEN UK’s Supply Chain function, within the Customer, Logistics & Planning team, supporting transportation, procurement and warehouse operations.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, finds practical and efficient solutions, and communicates effectively with peers.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a production setting, ideally a warehouse environment.
- At least 1 year’s proven experience operating counterbalance FLTs.
- Prior use of Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or SAP experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- A strong commitment to health and safety with exceptional attention to detail.

- Salary: £37,202, inclusive of shift allowance.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Shift pattern: Panama.
