Your impact
As a Floor Manager, you will help drive the commercial performance of the store by leading the sales floor, motivating the team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager in achieving targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.
- Lead by example, coach team members, coordinate the shop floor, and support continuous team development.
- Drive store sales by monitoring KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store meets brand standards for visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service.
- Supervise, coach, and train sales team members.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health and safety standards.
- Support deliveries, replenishment, stock management, and stocktakes.
- Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- 12+ months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
- Prior team leader or supervisory experience, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Commercial awareness, a strong KPI background, and the ability to drive performance through others.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong interest in sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle and strong product knowledge.
- Good English skills and understanding.
- Confidence handling difficult interpersonal situations and conducting feedback conversations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
