As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial performance of the store by leading the sales floor, motivating the team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager in achieving targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.
Your impact
- Lead by example and coach, coordinate, and develop the store team.
- Drive store sales by monitoring KPIs and delivering great customer service.
- Ensure the store meets brand standards, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service.
- Supervise, coach, and train team members.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and health and safety.
- Support stock management processes, including deliveries, replenishment, and stocktakes.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- 12+ months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Commercial awareness, a strong KPI background, and the ability to drive performance through others.
- Strong analysis skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong interest in sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle, with strong product knowledge.
- Good English skills and understanding.
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations and feedback conversations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
