Your role
As a Project Manager with an Engineering background, you will lead end-to-end project delivery within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as the key point of contact between technical teams and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations such as GMP and GDP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and add value to client operations.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with an engineering foundation and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. You hold a degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards, including GMP, GDP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, and project management tools.
- Fluent English and a good level of French.
