What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 3 support for Treasury Management Systems, managing complex incidents, major incident resolution, security incidents, and on-call support in line with Incident Management processes.
- Develop, test, and implement system configurations, customizations, reporting solutions, and ATS script changes to enhance system stability, performance, and functionality.
- Collaborate with Treasury teams, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams to support business continuity, disaster recovery, failover activities, and operational stability.
- Analyze and validate vendor software releases, ensuring compliance with governance, security, service acceptance, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive engineering excellence through automation, process optimization, monitoring, observability, resilience, reliability improvements, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Maintain operational standards, documentation, and compliance with security, GDPR, audit, and IT governance policies while meeting key performance metrics such as MTTR, Change Failure Rate, and deployment lead times.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience supporting and enhancing Treasury Management Systems, with a strong understanding of Treasury operations, processes, and controls.
- Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and experience working with distributed, enterprise-scale systems.
- Understanding of high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and operational resilience practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for supporting complex Treasury system environments and critical business processes.
- FIS Integrity certification and ATS scripting experience are highly desirable.
