Endurance Testing Engineer / 整车耐久测试工程师

Tasks

• Evaluate and verify supplier testing and vehicle driving test runs covering NVH, interior, powertrain, chassis and suspension behavior and performance.
• Work with cross-functional departments including product planning, quality and other development teams to establish project milestones and support vehicle engineering schedules.
• Prepare and conduct test trips and events in Beijing and across northern and southern China.
• Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot, solve problems and report findings.
• Develop China-specific testing profiles from the Chinese customer perspective.
• Support other departments with special tests.

Qualifications

• Degree in recognized automotive education.
• Fluent English skills.
• Graduates with initial automotive industry experience, such as internships.
• At least 2–3 years of experience at OEMs or suppliers.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Ability to evaluate test vehicles for NVH, interior and exterior, powertrain, chassis and suspension behavior.
• Very good technical understanding of overall vehicle structural parts and endurance testing.
• Vehicle testing experience on proving grounds and on various roads in China, including high-altitude and seasonal testing.
• Experience in trace analysis and big data.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills.
