What will I be doing?
EHS
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and risk assessments.
- Conduct audits, checks, and fire drills.
- Report and investigate incidents, driving preventative actions.
Operations
- Complete operational checks and support stock loss prevention.
- Manage POS, maintenance requests, and third-party relationships.
- Ensure high store standards and safe working practices.
Cash Office Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately manage cash handling operations.
- Monitor petty cash and stabilize tills.
- Identify and report till discrepancies.
- Prepare tills for the following day.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support team members.
- Ensure training and compliance requirements are met.
Customer and Store Support
- Assist with customer queries and maintain a clean, well-presented store.
Who you are
- Detailed-oriented and fashion-loving, with 2 years of experience handling cash procedures and retail experience.
- Passionate about people and creating great experiences.
- Honest, with strong communication and listening skills.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interested in fashion and the latest looks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $19.25. This is a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Primark would pay for this role at the time of posting. The base pay rate may vary based on internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
